About Simon Clarke
Simon Clarke is a dynamic solo entertainer and multi-instrumentalist who delivers a full-band live sound through his vocals, piano, guitar, saxophone, ukulele, and mouth organs—all layered over self-crafted backing tracks. He served as musical director and keyboard player for the final lineup of the British Invasion group Freddie and the Dreamers. His resume includes touring and performing alongside 1960s acts such as Gerry and the Pacemakers, Herman’s Hermits, and Eric Burdon, as well as a featured performance on PBS’s nationwide American broadcast of The British Invasion Returns. Backed by years of touring his solo show across Canada, Simon delivers an engaging, high-energy performance spotlighting upbeat, crowd-pleasing anthems across three classic decades.
