After playing in various bands from 1972 up to 1986 covering different styles such as rock, pop and blues Mark  decided to embark on a career as a solo singer. Up to that point he had never sung any kind of soul music but decided that was the style of music he wanted to cover.

Now over 30 years later and having been a full time professional since 1991 he is still very busy working in the pubs and clubs of the North West.
