Desperate for Cash Danny Boyle’s Club, St Mary’s,Radcliffe fails to mention fundraiser on the 4th November on Regional TV!!

Well known Local Singer and entertainer Sarah Dennis, The Darling of Showbiz, left furious over club blunder!

As many of you know Sarah is a Radcliffe girl and proud to be so. Born on Stopes Road and raised and educated at St Mary’s School and Church. As such she has always had strong links with St. Mary’s Social Club on Pine Street, the one that Danny Boyle is associated with.

The Club was all over the regional News last night and Sarah Is in utter disbelief that no-one saw fit to mention during the TV interview, the fact that she has already organised a fundraiser and is desperately trying to sell tickets to raise funds for the club.

Sarah heard, through the local grapevine, that the club was having difficulties a few weeks ago. She immediately went to see the club chairman, and suggested doing a charity fundraiser for the club as they have always been very supportive of her with other fund-raisers she has done over the years and more recently helped out as a rehearsal space for some of her vocal and Showbiz students through her TopVocalCoach business.

Sarah is passionate about entertainment and clubland is no exception. That is where she learned her trade and has since gone on to greater exploits singing in Theatres, with the 17 piece Swing Band The Suburban Swing Orchestra from Oldham and more recently working as a headline act in the cruise industry.

Warm-up time varies from singer to singer and depends on four factors:

1.) The thickness and length of the vocal cords
2.) The health of the singer, i.e. allergies, physical condition, dietary and exercise habits, sleep and stress levels
3.) Veisel dilation – how fast the vasculature expands to receive blood flow.
4.) Warm-up habits
