he is working as an A&R consultant and Talent Scout for a
new BBC talent show called The Voice UK and he is looking for
great artists & Singers.

The show is going to be broadcast on the BBC from April 2012
and has already been very successful in the US and Holland. 
The show has also  been sold to 25 countries and will be rolling
out in Australia and Germany around the same time as the UK show.

THE VOICE UK has launched and Rob is on the hunt for credible

OCTOBER  ISSUE OPPORTUNITIES

PUBLISHER has a great roster of songwriters / artists covering various genres. In addition to signing Hamon-Editions as sub-publisher in France at the start of the year, they have just signed Veal-Steen Music to sub-publish it’s whole catalogue in the USA.Through their record label they can also offer a worldwide digital distribution to any of their in-house artists. Richard will listen to a couple of tracks on CD but prefers contact links to music on web-sites or Soundcloud which saves everybody postage.

German LABEL needs one or two up-tempo POP / ROCK SONGS to complete an up-coming Album project. The main influence is Pink (like “Raise your glass”, “Funhouse”, “So what”) comparing with a little bit of Katey Perry Style. MANAGER has a roster that is extremely diverse. As always Danny is looking for that unique sound / image, in any genre, that makes an act stand out and therefore easier to promote. You can submit with a CD or send an mp3 or myspace link.

MANAGER is in a position to take on an additional act IF you can match their current acts and satisfy their criteria. To be of interest to Mark you MUST be of pioneering musical content so that you have a fresh, interesting, unusual and original sound to offer. Secondly you MUST have already generated articles in the national music press such as NME through gigging, have an active fan-base and already established some sort of steady income stream, If that’s you, send a CD with full details.

LABEL is run by Adrian, who has been in and around the dance music scene since the late 80’s when he used to organise and run rave parties. Since then he has travelled all over the UK and Europe DJing. His production career started in the early 90’s and continues through a varied range of musical interest’s and influences from rock to classical and elements of these go into his music productions. Today Adrian has moved away from his beloved TRANCE and has spent most of 2010/11 looking at HOUSE productions with an interest in Minimal and Deep House.

SONGWRITER Mike, who has had a few hits around the world, is looking for a co-writer/producer with own studio to write music library albums. Guaranteed releases world wide. He would prefer working in the South West or London. Please send a  demo.

LABEL is looking for a brilliant music marketing student or young motivated person based in UK-US-Europe with passion for music and with high web based computer skills to do Internet based work helping the marketing for the label. The job could be fun, interesting and could become profitable if done well. They offer a small but decent payment for a three month trial, to be discussed.

PUBLISHER is an efficient, ethical music publisher, offering rights administration and consultancy services to independent artists and up-and-coming talent. The music areas they deal with range from POP to ROCK, INDIE and FOLK. Louisa is looking for up-and-coming talent that offers commercially viable product, which has opportunities for syncs, release potential, etc. for admin or development deals. Accepted countries are UK, USA, Australia.

MANAGER tells me that they get involved in Music Management, PR, Plugging and Events. Seamus says he is looking to develop new up and coming artists as well as artists that already established, with tailored packages to suit the needs of individual clients.  All types of music will be considered and submissions from the UK and USA welcome. They also run a festival each year and are always looking for new talent to participate.

LABEL is hoping to release a CD featuring artists from all EC countries next July and is therefore looking for artists from any European country Music any genre but it must be performed in their native language, submissions up until 31st Dec.

LABEL has its own recording studio facilities. They normally work on 50/50 deals. All artists have a major input on their material, including the ma
rketing and the distribution of it as well. They aim to be the umbrella for a future major record label deal whereby they develop the artist to a certain level and then let the major take it to the next level. CEO, Nuno, is a producer & songwriter with 10 years experience, starting as an artist but now taking equal or more joy in artist development. US LABEL has been back to me this month to say they are still urgently searching for an exceptional song for his act Todd XXXX who has a voice that can tackle pretty much anything range wise. The song needs to be a breakaway hit song with lots of feeling or a subject matter that tugs at the heart!

US MUSIC CO is a California based company specializing in music entertainment with endeavors also in music video and motion picture production. Currently, Uumoiya is looking for a REGGAETON or FEMALE VOCALIST to do a demo deal. Speaking and writing Spanish is a plus. Submissions of all music genres are fine. California based artists are preferred, but other American submissions will be accepted.
