It’s true! The father of one of my best friends at school was really into opera and I thought he was very strange. It was just something that I’d never been brought up with. Don’t get me wrong my childhood was full of music and singing but Opera didn’t figure in it al all.

It’s only really in the last couple of years that I’ve started to develop a real appreciation for this type of music. Once it get you, it really gets you. It’s under my skin now and it’s there to stay.

In fact I’m in the middle of putting together my very own Opera Show, OperaMania.

I am also working with some excellent singers to put together a new group the  Opera Angels
